If you are interested in signing up please email us asap

All paperwork must be returned in order for the child to participate on August 1st
Required paperwork:
  • 2 Copies of final report card
  • Medical form signed and stamped by a doctor
  • New picture if required.
  • New players -> original birth certificate and a copy.
  • Parental consent & contract


    Cheer fittings have been rescheduled and new date will be posted asap.
